Every effort has been made to accurately represent our programs and their potential. Any claims made of actual earnings or examples of actual results can be verified upon request. The testimonials and examples used are exceptional results, don’t apply to the average attendee/purchaser and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. As with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money.

Returns
All sales are final. We stand behind the quality of our products and therefore do not offer returns/refunds on any courses. Physical products are subject to verification of defects to process returns.

Cancellations
For all subscription services. Please send a cancellation request in writing to [email protected] using the subject line: Cancellation Request. This is the only way to legally cancel any subscription services we offer, including the Women and Wealth Club and the Life Enrichment Course. Cancellations go into affect at the end of the term that has been paid for. If you pay annually and you want to cancel. Your subscription will last the full term and will NOT renew the following year.

As stated on the initial contracts or sales form, initial deposits are non-refundable. When you sign up for the program you get access to intellectual property. To ensure there is no malice or attempt to steal information, all deposits are non-refundable. Success Mastery Coaching Program is NOT a subscription service. It does, however, take payment plans. If you cancel your Success Mastery Class, you are still liable for the remaining balance of the course.

Event Cancellations
Due to the expense, limited seating, and investments already made to host a live event, there will be no refunds for our live events including The Ultimate Success Tour, Supernatural Success, or The Women Success Conference.

Disputes or Chargebacks
We are dedicated to resolving customer issues as swiftly as possible. Please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 888-484-7543 to resolve order issues. If a dispute is placed, be aware it can take up to 180 for an investation and resolution. Once the case is resolved we will stand by the decision of the merchant/bank.  No other action will be taken regardless of the results. You will also be BANNED from purchasing any other program or product from the business.

Exchanges
If there is a physical defect with any product, please contact us to arrange exchange within 15 days of purchase.
