Want to manifest the biggest goals in your life? Master the art of journaling. Using your journal (the right way) can become your greatest superpower, so let’s make it a habit.
Making journaling a part of your daily routine can literally put you on the path to total success. Over the years I’ve learned to harness the power of the written word to shape my life into what it is today. The practice of scripting out your life arguably can become your most important habit when you consider that you can write your way to success by getting alone with your dreams, a pen and your journal pages.
Journalizing is so much more than just keeping a diary to record your life events and feelings. If you know how to journalize effectively, it can bring you increase, advancement and help you manifest your greatest goals.
I’ve kept a journal for years to help me take my ideas and turn them into reality. What’s written is real. Once the words and images hit the paper, you have now crystallized a thought or idea. You can use the power of pen and paper to strategize and create anything you want.
This simple, fun, easy-to-practice use of your success journal, to script out your life is empowering women (and men) to alter their lives for the better and manifest their dreams and goals. So many of my clients have manifested dream homes, cars, vacations, more clients–greater levels of success in life and business by using a special scripting technique only found in the Success Journal. It is the only complete guided journaling system for ultimate manifestation. All you have to do is dream big and fill in the blanks.
I’m so grateful that as my clients practice the habit of journaling, the right way, they continue to have HUGE wins in life and business. Here are just a few…
Whether it’s to manifest more income, boost your mood, up-level your mindset or benefit your physical health, writing in your journal is one of the more powerful habits you can weave into the fabric of your day.
So what are a few simple ways to make this superior habit stick? Here are three of my favorites:
Whether it’s a small corner of your basement or a luxurious home office, set aside an intimate spot all your own where you can curl up and write out your inner most dreams and goals. You’ll tend to be more open and authentic in your writing when you have your own spot to return to daily. Raise the value of this personal writing space by adding some fresh flowers, a gorgeous printed pillow—diffuse some essential oils, etc. It’s easier to create a habit of journaling everyday when you have a beautiful, private space to return to daily.
To create a habit of journaling, you must let it become a process that makes your heart happy (Then you will return to it daily with ease). So don’t edit yourself. This is your journal, your life and your heart that you’re pouring onto these pages. There’s no one you must please or impress—just you being honest and authentic about what you really desire. So every day before you begin to write ask yourself “what do I really want?”
Also when writing keep the “buts” out of your thinking:
I would love to create ____________ BUT I don’t have the…
I would love to own _________________ BUT…
I would love to connect with ___________________ BUT…
Don’t edit yourself when journaling. Dream, visualize and write freely on your journal pages. YOU are writing your success story. You get to script out how you want it to unfold day by day.
The Success Journal has everything you need to not only get in the rhythm of journalizing but has action steps, lists and vision pages that will help organize everything you need to do to reach your goal!
A recent study mentioned in Forbes magazine noted how important it is to go a bit further than simply listing your goals.
“Vividly describing your goals in written form is strongly associated with goal success, and people who very vividly describe or picture their goals are anywhere from 1.2 to 1.4 times more likely to successfully accomplish their goals than people who don’t. That’s a pretty big difference in goal achievement just from writing your goals on a piece of paper.”
That being said follow the prompts –list your goals, fill in your I AM page. The Success Journal is filled with personal prompts to conjure up amazing ideas so that you can fill the pages with the aspirations, inspirations and divine instructions you need to manifest your dreams in a big way.
As you use it as intended and begin to see results, you’ll begin to wonder how you ever went a day without scripting your success.
