10 Apps For Entrepreneurs For Productivity and Prosperity

I want to share with you some amazing apps that have recently increased my profits and productivity. These apps will be a good addition to your digital collection if you want to be more productive and make more money this year too.

I’ve done similar lists in years past and I want you know that I’ve compiled this list because these are actual apps that we use for our business and they have worked. They are easy to integrate into your life and I promise you’ll be so glad you did!

Trello helps you get completely organized. Whether you’re communicating with a team or just keeping up with your own personal projects, you can get it done with this app. We use this app to keep a big vision of our upcoming worklists for events. Everyone can see the lists, add changes and updates as they complete projects. It works great.

QuickBooks Self-Employed

Are you self-employed, a freelancer or an independent contractor? Use this app to track mileage, separate business and personal expenses, maximize deductions and send invoices quickly and easily.

An email marketing application that allows you to send and track your emails and their effectiveness. I really like how well this app integrates with Shopify (and other shopping carts) to give you true insights on if your email is converting to sales.  It’s web-based, but has a mobile app that sends alerts and updates. You can also send emails right from the app.  Oh yeah, they also have amazingly chic email templates!

Shopify and Shopify POS

Keep up with your store info, add new products and get sales on the go with these two apps.  The POS version is great for your team when you’re running sales at events or even at your brick and mortar business. Shopify also has swipe machines to make the process even easier.

Wave is a free accounting app. I love this app because it makes accounting easy for anyone! Email receipts for tracking, invoice clients, It gives expense reports and you can even manage payroll with it. Great app for small business owners.

Video conferencing is so easy with zoom. You can talk to 1 or 100 people all at once and see each other! Great for recording conference calls, hosting conference meetings, webinars and so much more. The mobile app works great and seamlessly. You can also present slide shows and share screens and whiteboards. The pricing is very reasonable and scales according to your needs.

Want to connect with people and expand your network? Try this app. Shapr is a networking app that brings you new people to connect with daily. Use this app to find new hires, interns, co-founders, collaborations, friends and more.

Cash App by Square

I love the Cash app because it’s a simple, easy and instant way to send and receive money from anyone. Perfect for gifts, sharing expenses with others.  You can order a cash card, which functions like a pre-paid card to make purchases. Or you can transfer the money directly to your Bank account instantly for a small fee.  I must let you know that the Cash app is really a personal app. It’s not meant for business use. If you want a business app, try Square app (parent company).

Stop wondering where time went! With Hours app you can easily track your time and earnings for one or more jobs. This is a powerful app for independent contractors, freelancers and business owners who want to maximize time.

Secure Safe Password Manager

Here’s where you can put all of your passwords in one place and easily access them with a master password. Protect your password and increase security.
