5 Power Keys to Personal Growth

Success in business and life requires continual improvement. Your income growth is in direct correlation to your personal growth. It’s just necessary to increase your life in every aspect. Whenever I want to increase my income, I first start by learning something new. Information changes the seasons of your life. When you are ready to shift into a new gear, you need to have a positive driving determination for self-improvement and success.

Success is a continual process and it requires you to make continual investments in information and resources to increase your income and status. If you’re not investing a portion of your income into a financial education, you are stopping and blocking your own ability to make more money.  Have you ever noticed that wealthy people have one or more libraries in their home? Wealthy people invest in books, conferences, seminars and other resources to expand their knowledge, ignite creativity and up level their income.  If you have a desire for wealth, you must adopt this key principle too. 

It is this kind of specific education that saves you time and money so that you can Make more money in the end. You can spend one day in a workshop and learn what someone may have take years to develop and perfect.  Now more than ever before smart entrepreneurs are fast-tracking their success by learning wealth building secrets that too others years to discover.

I often remind my clients of the value of the information you invest in. If you take a  $697 course where you learn and implement a new idea that generates $20,000 for you, then you’ve had a tremendous return on your investment.  At this point you can clearly see how a $697 investment in a course that empowers you to earn $20,000 is a no-brainer right?

Resist the temptation to build your business empire only on free information. Any type of advice that will produce a significant amount of increase for you is worth you investing in. Five-step Personal growth plan for success.

  1. Create a personal growth budget and set your intentions to learn something new every month.

     

  2. Become a Librarian.The world’s best ideas, thoughts and strategies are deposited within the pages of books.   Books hold the map to your next great adventure. Learn to rediscover the joy of reading motivational and inspiring information.  Books allow you to follow in the footsteps of giants and live in a world of unlimited possibilities. Information changes the seasons of your life, so when you feel it’s time for a new life phase, you must create a flood of new information. Take a look at your current library-do you have the information to reference for the next phase of your life?  Make a plan to develop your own personal library of success inspiration.

     

  3. Go to Mobile University. Let’s take a statistics class today. We know about averages, but let’s talk medians.  Median represents the dividing line: 50% will be below the median, 50% will be above it. The median annual book consumption for women is 9 books and her median income was $36,931 in 2011.  If you want to get on the other side of median, you must increase your knowledge base. By simply turning off the radio in your car and tuning into an audio book or home study program, you can read a book each week, which is 4 books per month and approximately 50 books in a year.  You are now an expert in your field and can leverage your knowledge with unlimited income!

     

  4. Write your way to Success. Always keep a journal to record information, ideas and instructions from the course you’re taking or books you’re reading. Oftentimes when you are learning new information, your mind is flooded with new ideas and things you can implement in your life and business. Write those thoughts in your journal so you can have a catalog of strategies to build from. Several students from my 37 Journaling Secrets Course used this method to expand their business with new products and programs. Recording your thoughts and developing them is a very important key strategy in personal growth and always leads to more increase!

  5. Take fast Action. FAST ACTION is the key to constant results and greater success. Do something about what you’re learning everyday.  Take a point, a plan or and idea and just implement it. One time I implemented a quick money making marketing strategy, which only took a few hours to set up and it generated new profits all and day and night! Quick success gives you motivation to keep moving. However, quick successful results only come from taking fast action.

Show Up and Go Big!

People who go big in their business and achieve on high levels… always show up. They show up at the right time for the right opportunities  and consequently increase the odds of succeeding in their favor.

I’m a believer in divine placement. I believe in SHOWING UP. I believe that there are people, places, and programs already positioned to help you manifest your greatest desires. I am convinced that there are times in life where you just have to SHOW UP for your solutions to unfold.

Most of the major turning points in my life happened because I SHOWED UP.
I’m so glad that I showed up…15 years ago at an event with Bob Harrison…. I was so inspired that I bought his entire product line, charging my credit card to max…based upon an intuitive nudge and because I understood how information changes the seasons of your life. I was ready for my next level and willing to invest whatever it took to get there. Flash forward ten years later; I was standing on stage in Hawaii as one of his guest speakers along with Myles Munroe and John Bevere.

Showing up in the right places at the right time is very transformative. It’s the difference between the successful and the want-to-be successful. See, the successful always show up against the odds no matter what the circumstance, they let nothing get in their way of a divine appointment. Once they get a witness that they are supposed to get on board,  nothing can stop them.

I’m so glad that I maximized the showing up principle in my life because that’s when the real shift for success came. Now it ‘s your time, indeed it’s your season, don’t miss your moment, decide you’re going to show up.

I get chills just thinking about what’s going to happen when you finally get off the fence and show up where you are supposed to be.

You can achieve your dreams, grow your business, and live the life you truly desire if you’d just show up! Showing up is about pushing past the obstacles, life circumstances, and your inner barriers—any excuse to hold you back. When you wait on the perfect conditions to take action or show up, you’ll never have success on time. At some point you have to bust through the barriers and go after what you really want. Once you’ve come that far, you’ve increased your chances of winning big by 80 percent.

Show up for your business – generate income
Show up to the gym — exercise and get fit
Show up to the grocery store with a healthy shopping list — buy healthy foods and live a healthy lifestyle and extend your life.
Show up
to your relationships — schedule time for your family and spouse
Show up to your spiritual practice — meditate, read, attend services, etc.
Show up to success – make decisions, set goals, commit
Show up to give — volunteer, share, help others, etc.
Show up to opportunities — write a book, start a business, create a web site, etc.
Show up to growth — invest in good training to uplevel your thinking. Then invest in books, training materials, memberships that broaden your perspective and expand your thinking so you CAN grow and succeed.

If you allow your business success, your dreams and goals only to be abstract concepts you won’t move forward and progress in these areas. Eventually you need to grab a hold of your dreams and make it real enough for you to turn them into physical actions. Your abstract thoughts and dreams must eventually become a process of showing up.

Of course we know that merely showing up doesn’t guarantee success but it’s certainly a prerequisite. Once you have positioned yourself by showing up, you’re more likely to finish what you’ve started.

It’s the business owners and want-to-be business owners who only contemplate on taking action but never do. Who live in discontent and never get the results they deeply desire.

How to Have a Fashionable Business Week: 7 Days To a Fashionable Business Makeover

Give your business a fashion week makeover and transform your style and image to attract more of your ideal clients. Image is everything, especially in business. It’s so important to put your best look forward, stay relevant and chic enough to wow your audience with your creativity. Here are seven fashionable tips to have a new business by Friday.

1. Brand your Tools: Creating a distinct brand helps you attract the customers you want to serve, gain their trust and keep them coming back for more.  From Christian Louboutin’s red bottoms to Burberry’s signature plaid pattern, you can stand out in a business meeting with your own branded look. On all of my computers and iPads, I have signature covers that display, “#1 Ladies Millionaire Maker” in my signature design and colors. It allows me to keep my slogan and brand before people at all times.

Whether I’m traveling or in meetings, people are always intrigued and I’ve often used it as a conversation starter, allowing me to share more of what I do with the people I meet. Many companies brand ink pens and notepads, but I encourage you to take it up a notch and brand your tools, the ones you use daily. It’s a great way to make your business more noticeable and memorable.

2.  Buff up your Business Appearance: From your stationery to your website, you may be in need of an upgrade or maybe even an overhaul, depending on how long it’s been. Even the slightest changes can make a big difference in your appearance.  Play around with variations of your signature colors, update your logo or infuse new elements into your business outfit.

We recently added white and hot pink bubble envelopes with signature labels to send out our products in style. And it works two fold, the white packages stand out among the boring brown or yellow ones PLUS our signature labels work as cross advertisement for similar products that our consumers may want. How can you upgrade your business appearance? Do you need a new business card? New voice mail message? New website? Whatever it is do something quick and see how it improves your business!

3. Beautify Yourself and Upgrade your Personal Image. When you look good, you feel good and when you play good, they pay good. To attract your ideal client, you have to upgrade to their level. Walk the walk, talk the talk. Even if you work at home, dress to impress at your desk. Just because you work at home, doesn’t mean you have to look homely. Take your image up and beyond your ideal client, you want to look and feel like you can do business on that level.  This week go get yourself a new Fall hairstyle and upgrade your Fall look.  You’ll find it much easier to meet new people, express yourself, present in meetings and even close the deal when you are looking and feeling your best.

4. Brag on your Biz in Style: Let’s face it; no one wants products and services shoved at them all the time. But, everyone loves to buy and make informed purchased decisions. One creative way you can build a relationship with your audience and create more buying is by developing a slogan, something unique and catchy that they can always remember about you.

For example, I’m the “#1 Ladies Millionaire Maker” and here are a few more examples:

Coke says, “Coke is it”

State Farm says, “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.”

Burger King says, “Have it your way!”

Your signature statement tells your story in a nutshell, it should help your customer know what to expect from you. Remember, the law of positive confessions works. People will say what you say and ultimately believe it as the truth. Long before anyone called Muhammad Ali the Greatest, he said it himself…over and over again.

What do you want others to remember you for? When they think of your company, what image do you want in their minds? Take some time to develop your unique selling statement. Then use it in all of your marketing material, events, branding, etc.

5. Break Away From the Mundane and Get a Little Trendy: Stay abreast of the current trends in your field and find a way to fit in…with your OWN flair of course! Try new methods of communication. People are always drawn to what’s new, what’s hot and what’s fresh. Keep those elements alive in your marketing and in your business. Get a Facebook Page for your business, engage with your customers. Or host a contest, do something that gets people thinking and talking about your business right now. When you stay current, you stay in business.

6. Boost Your Sales by Mixing Hi & Low: Just like Target sells designers duds for less, you too can offer the best of your products at high and low price points. Now, I’m not talking about weakening your value, but you should have great items in your collection that you can offer at gateway prices. For instance, right now, one of the hottest items that people love are my Goal Cards, which are only $12 USD. Yet, they yield GREAT results for you in your business and life when used correctly. They are the perfect add-on to any of the tele-courses available on my site. 7. Bring out the Layers: Like your fabulous leather jacket over a beautiful fall sweater, you can layer your content to make waves that get you noticed. Reach your target audience in several ways, layer your marketing through social media, emailing, snail mail, skywriting and any other creative way to reach your audience. Don’t just limit your marketing to one way…there are a ton of different social media outlets that can be very useful in pinpointing your ideal client. You can find everything from art sites, to photography sites, cooking clubs and so much more. These niche social mediums are perfect layers to your existing methods of communicating with your customers and will allow you to show a new side of yourself and your business.

I use Pinterest to post photos from events, videos and inspiring images for entrepreneurs. YouTube is a great way to express yourself through video to your audience. Instagram is another exciting way to give up to the minute photos of your business, whether it’s behind the scenes of a major event or something more personal that shows your personality. 

Layering your communication will allow you to broaden your message and attract more of your ideal clients.

6 Steps to Setting Goals for your Business

Your business success depends on your ability to consistently set goals for your company. You can fast track your dreams and accomplish twice as much in less time when you set goals. 

1. Write a list of what you want.

As business owners you should keep ongoing lists of goals you want to accomplish in your business and your life. You can use your goals list to dream big and envision the future of your business. Goals keep you moving in the direction of your dreams. Your first assignment is to write 101 goals as fast as you can in only five minutes. Set a timer for 5 minutes and write down 101 goals you want to accomplish in business and life. Don’t hold back or edit your goals, just write down what you really want.

2. Write your goals with a clear picture in mind.

Set goals that are specific enough so you know exactly what you want to make, then make sure your goals can be measured so you can track your progress. Create monthly goals that you can actually achieve in a 30-day time frame.  Set the goal high enough to stretch yourself but low enough that you don’t give up before you start.

 3. Write money goals for your business.

Set financial goals for your business if you want to start making the money you’ve dreamed of. Take time to consider every aspect of money in your business and write goals about:

The elements your goals must
have to manifest!

Conceivable

Believable

Achievable

Measurable (how much and by when)

Controllable (something you have control over)

 
  • What you want to make
  • What you want to save
  • What you want to buy
  • What you want to give to charity
  • What you want to build or leave behind.

 4. Write measurable specific goals.

Instead of writing, “I will own a home someday.” Write your goals to be specific enough that you can actually work towards them with a deadline. Here’s an example: “I’m going to own a 7,000 square foot home looking over the golf course in sunny Orlando, FL by December 31, 2014.”

Can you see a clear picture of this goal. You can imagine it coming to life. This is how all of your goals should be. If you can SEE it you can ACHIEVE it.

5. Write daily goals.

If you want to attract more success in your life, then you must follow the process of writing out your goals every single day. So, in the morning write down 5 goals. These goals should be 5 things that you want to accomplish in your business. Daily goals help you to focus on making progress every single day. You get an overwhelmingly gratifying feeling of achievement when you have reached your daily goals. Also, these small daily steps will keep you from becoming overwhelmed with growing your business.

Look at the list often, because what you write down you tend to focus on and you’ll draw those goals right into your life. This is all a part of the Success Attraction goal setting process.

6. Accelerate your manifestation with goal cards.

You can also use a goal card to attract ONE BIG THING into your life. I discussed this briefly in last week’s post, but I want to give you more insight on the power of using goal cards… My clients use goal cards to accelerate goal achievement because it allows you to take a visual of your goals with you everywhere you go. Goal cards are small enough that you can tape them to your computer, your bathroom mirror, refrigerator or anywhere you can frequently see it.

One of the most important parts of achieving your goals is actually meditating on them. With your goal card, you can see your end result. The more you see it, the more you will work towards reaching it.  You can keep your goal in sight and on your mind when you put them on goal cards.

There is tremendous power in knowing what you want. Live each day by your goals list and you’ll quickly accomplish twice as much as your peers and soar to great heights living your dream life.

5 Ways to Improve Your Business

If you’ve hit a slump in sales or you’re just looking for ways to improve your business, you will find the following 5 tips as a perfect solution to jump start your sales and get things moving in the right direction.

#1 Review your goals and set new ones.
One thing that has always helped me stay on track in my business is writing and
reviewing my goals often. Studies show that most small business owners don’t keep track of their goals and consequently many have yet to achieve their company’s vision. You have to make time to think about your business, where you’re headed and what you really want to accomplish.  Reviewing your goals will keep you on track to achieve what you want. I use my Success Attraction Journal to plan my company goals and marketing calendar for the year. The thought-provoking questions prompted me to take an introspective look at what’s working and what’s not and what I needed to do to reach my goals. I used that information to craft the best agenda and plan for my business. Now my team and I are focused on achieving what matters most right now for the business. 

This week, take a no-excuse approach to writing and reviewing your goals. One way to get it done is to do it before you end your day and/or early in the morning before starting your day.  You’ll amaze yourself with how much more you get done just from writing and reviewing your goals often.

#2 Use systems to streamline tasks and projects.
It’s real important that you adapt a set of systems for running your life and your business.  Move away from a trial and error way of running your business.  With systems you have a proven process that you can use over and over again to get great results in your life and business. They help you create order, keep you growing, and yielding consistent results.

 Start documenting your processes and evaluate what steps were taken that yielded the best results. This is how you create your own system to use in your own business. When you’re running a business, you have to rely on systems to keep things in order. I have systems for my business and personal life. From the way I pack a suitcase for travel to how we book an engagement…they’re all documented steps that can be used over and over again to get great results.

You can even use systems to attract success.  One system that I rely on to stay focused in my business is a simple action of placing my goals on goal cards that allow me to focus on one goal at a time and track my success over time. Goal Cards that are about 5×7 inches that have a space for a photo and a place to write your goal and a achievement date. They are small enough that you can tape them to your computer, your bathroom mirror, and refrigerator or anywhere you can frequently see it. They remind you of your goals and by seeing it often and meditating on it, you attract it into your life at a much faster rate.

I gave out my signature goal card at The Women’s Success Conference, challenging the attendees to set a 90-day goal. Since then, I’ve gotten tons of reports from business owners who have quickly gotten success.  One client, Susan is finishing up her e-book…another, Annie, has gotten 3 new clients per week since the conference and made her first online sale on her new packaged services.  Another client used her goal card to get a new car so she can do her business better!  

The goal card system is one I’ve used for over 15 years and has proven to work in my life and several thousand other people’s lives as well.

Think about your business this week, what action steps do you take to increase sales, market online, or service your clients. Keep a journal of the process and develop winning systems that you can use in your business over and over again.

#3 Master your marketing.
Marketing is necessary when you want to get more clients and make more money. The key to successful marketing is sharing your offer in an authentic voice without being salesy. You’re clients aren’t just buying your product or service…they are buying your story. Present your offer in a way that displays your credibility, so that they know that you know what you are talking about and also show your vulnerability so that they know where you are coming from.  People want to relate to you and your struggle. While it doesn’t mean you have to have a “skid row” story, your story should relate to your offer and show how you used your product or service to overcome successfully.

#4 Enhance your online presence.
Maybe you find Facebook and Twitter as exciting ways to connect with friends and family, but they are so much more than that. Social media forums are a direct line to your target audience and they want to engage with you. Readers not only want to know about you, they want to talk to you and they want to get a response.

They want to get to know you, like you and trust you as a respected source and expert. So make sure you give a good impression with a very good online presence. Here are a few things you can do:

  1. Get a professional photo taken.  Get rid of blurry photos with people cut out of them. Get a professional head shot taken that you can use anywhere online. If you want to add pizzazz, you can also schedule a photo shoot and take pictures that reflect your industry. If you’re a baker, take photos in a professional kitchen with your tools around, or holding nice baked goodies. These kinds of lifestyle photos help give your audience a visual of who you are and what you do.  In my photos I always wear accessories from StyleShoppe.com
  2. Use your name as a brand. Create Twitter and Facebook accounts that include your first and last name. I think it’s good to have your business brand synonymous with your name as well.  On Twitter you can find me both at @LifeCoach2Women and at @StaciaPierce.
  3. Share your contact information. If you already have your own website or domain area, create an email account that reflects your business name and post it on your social media accounts and website. (for example, Stacia@lifecoach2women (dot) com) is my email that anyone can reach me. It’s just good business practice to have a way for people to reach you.  You can also use google to create a business line on your current phone, that way you’re not giving your private number out.  You open yourself up to many more opportunity and sales when you can be reached easily from your website or profiles.
  4. Check your emails and accounts often and respond to people. Remember, they want to engage with you. The more rapport you build, the larger you’ll grow your list with people who have truly chosen to connect with you because they really want to…these are the kind of connections that convert into customers.

#5 Reinvent new products into new and improved products that can yield more profits.
With a little creativity and innovation, you can take one product and create several more from it that stretches the value.  I call this process re-purpose and recycling.

Sometimes the problem is: we already have a product, program or services that we offer, but we’re not selling it. There is just not enough demand for our offer.

That happened to one of my clients who created an e-book. My client had an e-book that was selling really slow, until she surveyed her market and discovered they were really looking for some training materials to go along with the e-book.

So, by adding a simple audio CD to her current product, it caused her sales to take off and she sold twice as many products than she had previously.

Now let’s think about your services and products…Can you find an entirely new way to use an existing idea in a different context? New context yields new streams.  For instance if you have written a book, you could use the same information to create:

  • A live workshop
  • A video series to each chapters of the book
  • A podcast series

Are you starting to see the many ways that you can create products to generate more money? After taking the Product Idea Creation Course, one of my coaching clients, Dr. Omada, created awesome new products to offer her patients. She even landed a  contract with a national chain of drugstores to carry her product line. 

Take out a sheet of paper or a journal and write down your most dominate idea or product that exists. Now think of other ways you can use that same material…make a list right now. Now you have a starting point for growing your income!

3 Ways a Positive Outlook can Increase Your Paycheck

The positivity plan is still spreading far and wide. We’ve gotten feedback from around the world…Spain, Austria, Africa, and all across the United States. I also got a few letters from people who just don’t “get” why a positivity plan is really necessary.

They want to know, “What’s the big deal and how will being positive really affect your bottom line?”

Usually I would ignore questions like that, but today I decided to answer some of those questions because being positive is very important…it is the key to having the right outlook and perspective to really, truly live the life you want.

When you’ve fallen into a funk, or a negativity net and just can’t seem to fight your way out…You can use the following information to break free from binding thoughts and words that are holding you hostage in a gloomy unproductive place.

POSITIVE ENERGY IS CONTAGIOUS
What ever you are thinking or feeling, you’re projecting to others around you. When you enter a room and you are thinking negatively, you project that negativity to everyone in the room. This is true when you think positive, you project positivity to everyone else too.

Your positive thinking can determine the outcome of your business deals. Go into your meetings thinking, “This prospect wants to work with me…they’ll sign up today…they love my services and are ready to go right now.”

Your optimistic thinking will come out in how you speak and also get the client excited to work with you.

So, the next time you are closing a deal…think positive and say out loud “They want to sign with me, they will sign up today to work with me!” and visualize the exact outcome you desire. See your new client signing up happily…visualize yourself with the check in hand for services rendered.

SMILE AND RADIATE POSITIVITY
Smiling will boost your confidence and make you more positive about what you’re going to say.  Try this smile test: Put on a great big smile, look in the mirror and say “I’m so happy!” 10 times. The more you say it, the more you’ll begin to shift your entire day into a happy positive light. Right now, say “People love to connect to me, do business with me and prosper me!” and you’ll attract increase to you even today!!

My happy day technique has literally changed lives.  One person got a promotion in a week; another client received 2 top paying clients in 13 days after practicing this technique!  Now I want you to try it and tell me the results!

PRACTICE GRATITUDE
What you are thankful and grateful for will multiply in your life. Start your day thinking about what is good in your life, what is going right. I often have my clients keep a gratitude journal, where you write at least one thing you are grateful for every single day.

Being grateful helps to cut out complaining and reminds you to live appreciative for what you have.
This week, apply this simple gratitude exercise to your life…. Before you end your day, write about 5 things that went good for you. I always write 5 ways I increased financially.

As an entrepreneur we should keep a focus on making money in our biz.
So this week try to say thank you more each day, say it at least 10 times!! Yes, 10 and watch what happens, you will attract lots of good things to be thankful for.

7 Keys to Profitable Positivity [FREE DOWNLOAD]

Almost one month ago, I started a Positivity Plan (Negativity fast) at my Women’s Success Conference, challenging everyone for 21 days to speak only positive words and think only positive thoughts.  The life-changing challenge has now become a viral sensation…a positivity MOVEMENT is here to stay! From all over the world I’ve gotten tremendous feedback from people who have taken the challenge into their companies, workplace and their homes…challenging their own friends and family to be positive as well. What we have learned from this movement is the more positive people were, the more successful they became. Positivity is what you need in this season of your life right now to accomplish great things. Just as negative talk can stop your flow of increase…positive talk can ramp it up into high gear! Many times, you can be right on the brink of bigness and being set up for a money shift! With a positive outlook and attitude you can literally walk right into your biggest breakthrough yet!

One of my team members recently moved to be closer to our main office.  While searching for housing, she became very discouraged and frustrated with the entire process…it just seemed like she couldn’t find exactly what she wanted at the price she wanted in the area she was looking for.  Then, she decided to get a new positive perspective, and start saying what she wanted and within just a few days she found her perfect home.  When I asked her what made the difference, she told me that the process became super easy once she began talking about her desires and minimizing the obstacles. Instead of complaining, she confidently declared: “I’ll have a new home by Friday! Where is my new home, in my new neighborhood with everything I want in it? “ Just speaking the positive affirmations caused her to start seeing opportunities and as a result, she found her perfect place. 

An infectious positive attitude can shift your entire life.The eyes only SEE and the ears only HEAR what the mind is looking for. Infusing your mind with positive thoughts and shaping your world with positive words will cause you to produce more positive results in your life.  Right now you’re getting as many opportunities as you think you can have. You’re making just the amount of money you really believe you can. To break into making what you’ve only dreamed of and wished for, you must start thinking, believing and speaking like you’re already worth that number! That’s why the Positivity plan (negativity fast) has had such a great affect, because it forces you to identify and eliminate all negative sources out of your life and surround yourself with positive influences.

If you’re ready to make more increase in your business, seal more deals, attract new clients…then you have to SHIFT your thinking and words to get what you really want!

I have seven simple keys to profitable positivity in your life.

1. Think before you speak. Your words are like a boomerang they go out then come back to you and produce in your life.  So, take time to filter words by asking yourself:

  • Is it true?
  • Is it positive?
  • Is it kind?
  • Is it needful
  • Is it wise? If not, then don’t say it.  This alone will change unwanted circumstances from bouncing back into your life. Also, only speak words about others that you would want said about you because what you say about others tends to come back to you multiplied (the good and the bad).

2. Eliminate idle conversations.  Idle words are worthless or useless words that spoken with carelessness without regard for others or yourself.  This kind of conversation happens all the time. Sometimes, although they mean you no harm, people speak terrible things over your life without much thought. They say things like, “We never get any breaks, right?” Reckless words pierce like a sword but the tongue of the wise brings healing. To protect your positive mind and atmosphere, refuse to say, hear or agree with any negative words; especially about your life, your day or your personal economy. You will, eventually give an account for your idle words so avoid statements like:

  • I can’t get ahead
  • I’m sick and tired of …
  • I don’t have…
  • That’s too much
  • Just trying to make it…barely getting by…

Instead, flip the switch and replace all negative expressions with positive ones. Say positive statements that create joy in your life.

  • I have more than enough money!
  • Money comes to me easily and effortlessly!
  • Everyday in every way prosperity and opportunities come to me!
  • My clients always pay on time!

3. Make your world with your words. What you say daily is creating your world for you. Words are a force, once you release them; they go and construct exactly what you say. Start building a grand and beautiful world for yourself today! Make it a daily exercise to speak faith-filled positive words that shape your dream life. You can do this by creating a positive goal statement of what you desire, and then post it on your bathroom mirror. Every morning look at yourself and say it loud, while smiling with expectation that what you are saying will soon become a reality in your life. This is one of my success attraction techniques I’ve use for 5 years and seen dynamic results in my life and in my clients lives as well.

4. Pour on the positivity in your problem areas.  Post positive affirmations all over your home in areas where you want to gain control of your successful life.

For example,

  • If you want to lose weight…post this message on your refrigerator: I declare I eat daily what makes me healthy, energetic. I am reaching my ideal weight easily and effortlessly!
  • If you want business increase, you could post on your computer: I declare this is my personal ATM machine and I construct increase ideas from it and as a result my bank account fills up daily!
  • If you want a better wardrobe, post this message in your closet: I declare my image attracts successful others to me, my wardrobe is full of beautiful designer clothes that fit my toned body and make me look amazing.

5. Pretend you’re back in school: Remember when you would say the wrong thing in class and get caught by the teacher and she would make you write 100 times a positive statement to reinforce good behavior.
Like: “I will be quiet and listen during class. I will be quiet and listen during class.”

Well, to reinforce positive actions in your life write one hundred times a positive statement of what you desire to come to pass in your life and business quickly. What you write and say with expectation and authority will happen for you. What you really believe you will produce in your life!

Suze Orman, the very wealthy financial guru, started out with no money and often felt like she didn’t  belong on Wall Street, but she repeated a powerful statement to herself often, “I have more money than I will ever need.” This statement helped changed her thinking and empowered her to overcome feelings of unworthiness. What is your positive prosperity statement? Write it down one hundred times and say it everyday.

6. Surround yourself with positive people. You can tell where your life and business will be in the next five years by examining your close associates. Your circle of influence has got you talking, acting and believing a certain way— you’ll even discover you’re in the same income bracket with them as well. Take a moment and consider your circle of influence…Who’s in your corner? Who’s cheering you on? Who are you having up leveling conversations with?

Get around lots of positive influences fast… you need to be influenced and pushed to your next level by positive people who are already achieving their dreams and goals.  This is what I call your group of “get it people”. This includes a coach and/or a mastermind group, like the Success Mastery Coaching Program, which set up with a positive impartation as a foundation for every coaching meeting we have. Something powerful happens when you are in constant contact with others who support you, cheer you on and challenge you to be your very best.

When I see people take huge quantum leaps in their life it is usually right after they have been in very positive environments, like the Women’s Success Conference or my coaching mastermind retreats. These are times when people hear positive stories from their peers who are making great strides, everyone else always become empowered to do the impossible. One conversation with a get-it person can drastically move your life in a new direction. Upgrade your influences and you can upgrade your walk, your talk and your results!

Cultivate good conversations. Go on positivity dates with friends and only talk about good things that are happening. Host a positivity party—a get together to plan goals, brainstorm and uplift each other.These kinds of activities can change your life so quick you won’t be able to recognize yourself! The big payoff: seeing your income rise in direct proportion to your positive words and new successful thinking

7. Jump on board with us. As I mentioned earlier, there has been lots of major results since doing this negativity fast with my clients and conference attendees. Some of the testimonies have been: cancelled debt, new contracts, new jobs, new homes, repaired relationships, increased self-confidence…and much more.

Refresh Your Business with innovative updates and ideas

Here we are zooming through one half of the year and I just want to remind you how important it is to keep your business in tune, in pulse in beat with what’s going on in the marketplace so that you can be positioned to win and lead the pack in your industry.

Staying relevant is key to successful business. And in today’s information age, you have to stay updated and make changes through out the year. Now, I’m not talking about adopting a lot of different tactics…I am however encouraging you to keep growing in knowledge and training so that you have a good idea on how to best market your business at all times.

Here’s a few key principles to refresh your business:

1.    Keep things new and fresh

It’s good to infuse new and fresh ideas into your business to create a better brand, increase your buzz and get more clients and sales.  All long lasting companies do it. As the time changes so does your approach to reach your target audience. For instance, Doritos has been around for a long time and have a great loyal target audience. However, when they teamed up with Taco Bell to create the Taco Bell Doritos Locos Taco, their buzz and brand recognition spiked for 3 months! The pairing improved sales and buzz worthiness for both brands overall. They adopted fresh perspective and became more popular as well as gained new customers.  The same is true for you and your business. Sometimes it’s good to just reinvent what you have to reach a larger audience.

This year we put a spin on the marketing for the Women’s Success Conference with the movie Café Girls, it reached our audience in a different way, made a connection and boost sales.  Now, with StyleShoppe.com, we’re rolling out a new V-commerce campaign, Style Shoppe Watch and Shoppe. You can watch owner Ariana share style tips and ideas to accessorize your fashions with her unique pieces you can actually buy right from the site. This added touch to the website creates a more personalized and interactive experience to shopping for jewelry.

 2.    Upgrade your systems

When you’re not getting your desired results in your business, then it’s time you upgrade your systems to something that works. What I’ve observed is many entrepreneurs don’t know what they don’t know and just lack the information to implement a good system that will monetize their business. That’s where a good mentor or coaching program comes in. When you connect with a good coach, you can learn what you didn’t know you needed to know, course correct your business, implement the RIGHT systems and start attracting new clients.

 3.    Don’t be afraid to try new things to uplevel your business

FEAR. Is just false expectations appearing real… Instead of thinking about the worst that could happen, consider the best that could happen if you actually took a leap and joined a new mentoring club, invested in new equipment, took a new class. The key is you need new, relevant information to up level your business and stay current and on the edge. So, stop making up excuses on why you can’t go big. Press pass the fear, try something new and go for it! Sometimes you’ll come up with a dynamic idea and not implement it because no one else has done it… let that be your cue to TAKE ACTION. You are meant to lead, carve a new way.

When it came time for me to do the 37 Journaling Secrets Course, I had never before seen or heard of such a course or a book like the Success Attraction Journal. But I knew how powerful success attraction journaling had been in my own life and how it would benefit you even more.  The results from the course were confirmation that I had done the right thing by offering that class. From physical healing, mental peace, incredible financial breakthroughs and much more.  Stepping out and offering that new kind of course turned out to be a much needed addition to my training resources.

 4.    Get a new approach to selling and marketing

Learn new ways to sell without being salesy. Let’s face it no one wants to products and services shoved at them all the time. But, everyone loves to buy and make informed purchased decisions. So, get creative in your marketing approach, there are several options available, but you can adopt one and make it your own with a personal spin. Do something new to build relationship with your audience that creates more buy-in and adds value to your products and services.

In a few weeks, Ariana and I will launch a new web series entitled: The Success Chronicles. It’s a behind the scenes look at how we run our businesses and live our lives. There’s a saying, “Successful people leave clues.” In this web series we’re allowing the cameras in to capture candid moments of our daily lives as we run our businesses. It’s an exciting project and we’re having a blast filming and can’t wait to launch it soon, so stay tuned in to see what’s next.

 5.    Talk with your team; get them on board with your business goals and direction of the company.

The last and one of the most important steps to staying relevant is keep your team abreast of your vision and goals so that you can all grow together. When you communicate a clear vision to your team they can run with that to help you achieve your goals much faster. Challenge them to improve their skills, expand their knowledge and always strive for the best. With a good solid informed team you can do the impossible!

Staying current in your business, or upleveling is necessary if you want to thrive. To get what you’ve never had, you have to do what you haven’t done. I encourage you to do quarterly checkup, review your goals often and always make the right adjustments to take your business to a new, more powerful level.
