I absolutely love this time of the year! Everyone is so excited about diving in to a new year, taking new territory and accomplishing lingering or lost goals from the year before. When you set your intentions to have a spectacular year, you will! Because our world has experienced such an unpredictable year of ups and downs.. I’ve been sharply focused during this season on manifesting miracles in my life and even showing my clients exactly how to do the same.
It’s so easy to get distracted by what’s going on around you, and stuck on the process of working in your business: building funnels, setting up email marketing campaigns and product creation-rather than on your business…and your businesses most importantly asset.. YOU. Never neglect devoting the proper time to your personal mindset, personal development and the occasional refresh. This is the biggest key to your success. Even with all of the right systems, products and plans in place it’s possible to fail if your mind has not been elevated to match your end goal.
This is something that I figured out a long time ago and it’s a key element to my business growth. To achieve your desired results you must marry the systematic side with the mindfulness side in order to produce miracles in your business.
So as we celebrate the holiday season, reflect on 2020 and give our thanks, I want to share with you my top 5 daily habits and keys to staying in a mode of miracle manifestation overdrive, no matter the circumstances surrounding you.
If you’re ready to accelerate your success and step into 2021 in manifestation mode too, then read on…
1. Commit to clearing the clutter.
If you’ve ever wanted to know what I do to manifest my biggest business goals, I must tell you it starts with the inner mental work..
Clutter is an enemy to your mind and your over all thinking process. Whether it’s mental or physical, disorder and clutter literally bothers your brain because it thwarts your creativity, lowers your energy, promotes fatigue and dampens your mood. Value yourself enough to keep your physical and mental spaces clutter free so that you can make room for fresh new blessings and waves of success.
Clear physical spaces that you look at or come across daily like your closet, your bedroom, the clutter in your kitchen, incomplete work projects, and any place that screams disorganization!
Most importantly, you’ll want to clear your “mental clutter” by:
• Powering down. Leave the phone and laptop for a moment each day to just enjoy a bit of peaceful silence.
• Taking a walk outside to clear your mind and breathe in fresh air.
• Eating healthy and deep sleeping so your brain can be nourished and rejuvenated.
• Stopping to breathe in deeply at least three times per day to add oxygen and strengthen the attention muscle in your brain.
Now that you’ve cleared the mental clutter, your brain, heart and spirit are free to focus.
2. Make your mornings a priority.
Before you get going with your day, reserve your mornings for yourself to reflect, pray and meditate. You need this time to fill up on what matters most so that you can have a successful day.
Use your quiet time to visualize your best possible outcomes for everything that’s coming at you that day. I personally love to take a morning walk as part of my meditation time. I’ve found that being in and around nature is calming and super stimulating to my creativity.
Consistently meditating has been shown to have profound positive effects – it actually causes physical changes to our brains and the way they work. Meditation has been shown to increase focus, reduce anxiety, enhance creativity and improve memory retention. You might feel like you don’t have time to meditate, but I believe you can’t afford not to!
You’ll feel so much more inspired, empowered and unstoppable when you’ve taken the time to recharge yourself every morning.
3. Write down your goals every day.
I use a new Success Journal each month and I always start by writing my goals. I usually just transfer them into the new journal. Each month the list changes as I achieve goals and add new ones. This process helps me to keep my goals at the top of my mind and helps me to manifest them quickly.
Taking the time to write down what you want to accomplish is the first step to goal achievement. Studies show that people with written goals are 42% more likely to achieve them because written goals guide and direct you. People with a written plan usually accomplish what they plan. Write out your goals for how many customers you want. What are your financial goals and your project goals?
For quick results, review and rewrite your goals often. Get specific but leave room for revising. It’s impossible to achieve a goal that you’re not even aware of. By constantly reviewing your goals, you’ll become empowered to develop an action plan to achieve them. Visualize yourself completing your goals and feeling the benefits and rewards of doing so. Make notes of the goals you visualized and any ideas that came to you during that time. When you’re focusing on them you will start to create a gravitational pull towards your goal and your goals will start to be drawn towards you as well–and at exactly the right divine timing, in exactly the right divine place, you and your goal will meet!
The simplest way to fast track this process is by using the Success Attraction Goal Card.
With the cards, you can write your objective, add a complementing visual and pen a positive affirmation so that you have a stimulating visual tool to meditate on. Just by spending a few minutes per day meditating on your goal, you are more likely to accomplish it in record time!
4. Script your end before you start.
For years I’ve kept a journal to chronicle my life, plan for my dreams and strategize my goals. It is one of the most important success habits that I do daily. Journaling empowers me to take my ideas and turn them into reality. What’s written is real.
Once the words and images hit the paper, you have now crystallized a thought or idea. You can use the power of pen and paper to strategize and create anything you want. So, focusing on the end results is a way to make it a reality for you. Your mind doesn’t know the different between what is real or what is imagined, so when you create mental images of your end result and etch it into your mind through journaling, you are far more likely to bring it into your reality. The Success Journal is the ultimate manifestation tool because you can do more than just write. You can create your vision pages in your journal and write your goals lists too! Once you become consistent at journaling daily, you’ll see things quickly turn in your favor.
5. Get purposeful, positive relationships.
If you really want to manifest your biggest goals, attract huge opportunities, and upgrade your income, you’ll need to connect with the right people. Your life is the sum total of your 5 closest friends. You need to surround yourself with winners. Associate higher. Make sure you connect with someone who is much more successful than you are, so that you can learn what it takes to reach a new level. Associating higher may be uncomfortable but it is always profitable.
Success is a collaboration of the right relationships at the right time in your life. Who you spend your time with determines how far you will go. Your income and current life outcome is closely related to the company you keep. The five closest people to you are causing you to either attract increase or decrease.
A great place to meet like-minded, success-driven increase-thinking people like you is in a mastermind group, at industry events and online leadership communities, or even virtual courses and groups.
